Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct nursing care to patients in accordance with physicians' orders and recognized nursing techniques.
  • Assist and supervise other nursing personnel to ensure compliance with hospital and unit standards.
  • Utilize the nursing process in assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing care.

Requirements:

  • Current Florida license as Registered Nurse or Recognized Compact Licensure (subject to Florida State Licensing Requirements).
  • Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing.
  • Current Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS) certification or must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
  • Current Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification or must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
