We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Systems Integration Specialist to join our team at Peraton. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for planning, integrating, and documenting installations of voice and video systems supporting government Command and Control (C2) conference rooms and video-teleconferencing endpoints.
Key Responsibilities:- Work directly with customers and engineering teams to derive requirements for system engineering designs.
- Create system-level drawings, cable lists, and wiring diagrams to support projects.
- Review consolidated lists of materials for correct specifications.
- Receive, inspect, inventory, and track materials.
- Build systems, including rack and stack, cable assembly, and cable wiring.
- Coordinate with test teams and quality assurance to certify systems.
- Schedule, coordinate, and complete field installations.
- Candidates will be required to travel to local and CONUS/OCONUS sites.
- Candidates will be required to drive in the DMV area and must have a valid driver's license.
- An active/current TS/SCI Security Clearance.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field and five (5) years of related experience or a commensurate combination of education, training, and experience, is required; Master's degree and three (3) years of relevant experience; PhD with zero (0) years of experience. Relevant experience in the above-cited duties may be substituted in lieu of a completed higher education degree.
- At least three (3) years of experience with creating Visio drawings packages.
- At least two (2) years of experience with using 2D AutoCAD drawings.
- At least three (3) years of experience building network, audio, and video cables.
- At least two (2) years of experience with system integration of video conference room systems.
- Willingness and ability to travel to local and CONUS/OCONUS sites.
- Willingness and ability to drive in the DMV area. Must have a valid driver's license.
- Ability to generate documentation that describes concepts of operation, interface control, and security measures.
- Previous experience supporting a Government and/or Department of Defense customer.
- Familiar with the handling of COMSEC devices.
- Certified Technical Specialist.

Target Salary Range:$104,000 - $166,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
