PNC Financial Services Group is seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Teller in our Springville, AL retail banking branch. As a Teller, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer service, processing high-volume customer transactions, and educating customers on new banking technologies and products.

• Deliver a unique customer experience that improves financial well-being and creates loyalty while increasing share of wallet.
• Process a variety of customer interactions, including transactions, account openings, and loan applications.
• Educate customers on alternatives available for their financial interactions and identify banking opportunities during customer interactions.
• Perform lobby engagement activities to connect with customers and position PNC products to meet their needs.
• Apply product and procedural knowledge to solve customer problems and ensure accurate and efficient completion of transactions.

• Customer-focused mindset with a strong emphasis on delivering exceptional customer service.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Basic knowledge of banking products and services.
