Janitorial Crew Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Janitorial Crew Leader to join our team at Licking & Knox Goodwill Industries, Inc. As a key member of our facilities operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our janitorial staff, ensuring that our facilities are clean, safe, and healthy for our clients and employees.

Key Responsibilities:

• Schedule and coordinate the work of janitorial staff members to ensure efficient and effective cleaning operations.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure that cleaning standards are met and identify areas for improvement.
• Provide training and guidance to janitorial staff members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
• Recommend corrective actions to address any issues or concerns.
• Assist with general cleaning tasks as needed to maintain a clean and safe environment.

Requirements:

• Previous management experience in a similar role.
• Ability to maintain accurate records and reports.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Employer conducts pre-employment drug screen and background check.
• Ability to lift 35 pounds and perform physical tasks such as bending, stooping, and standing for long periods.
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to communicate effectively with the public.
