Locomotive Technician

PowerRail Distribution Inc is seeking a skilled Locomotive Technician to join our team. As a key member of our distribution team, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing diesel locomotives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, and repair wiring, control panels, and other electrical components.
• Test and repair circuit connections.
• Inspect locomotive parts and report issues to the General Manager.
• Perform final inspection to ensure compliance with company standards.
• Use hand tools and equipment to perform job duties.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Reliability and self-motivation.
• Attention to detail, accuracy, and speed.
• Good work ethic and enthusiasm to learn all aspects of locomotive repair.
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs and work in a changeable temperature environment.
