Job Summary:

The Mental Health Professional is a key member of our team at Community Services Group, Inc., responsible for providing diagnostic and therapeutic services to individuals and their families. This role requires a strong commitment to delivering high-quality care and a passion for working with diverse populations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide individual, family, and group counseling services to children, adolescents, and families.
  • Collaborate with other mental health specialists, such as psychiatrists, psychologists, clinical social workers, case managers, psychiatric nurses, school counselors, and behavioral health providers.
  • Develop and implement treatment plans in accordance with standards applicable to mental health professionals.
  • Participate actively in clinical team and staff meetings to enhance the services of Community Services Group, Inc.
  • Provide clinical counseling in community settings, when applicable.
  • Collaborate with other professionals, but primarily works independently.

Requirements:

  • Master's or doctorate degree from an accredited college or university in social work, counseling, psychology, or a related field.
  • Possess a License in Social Work (LSW), License in Professional Counseling (LPC), or License in Marriage and Family Therapy (LMFT).
