Assured Nursing is seeking a skilled Catheterization Laboratory Technologist for a contract position in a reputable medical facility.
Job Summary:We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Catheterization Laboratory Technologist to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a current state license as a Cath Lab Tech and have at least 2 years of recent experience in the field.
Responsibilities:- Assist in the preparation and maintenance of the cath lab equipment and supplies.
- Operate and maintain the cath lab equipment, including the fluoroscopy machine and the hemodynamic monitoring system.
- Prepare patients for procedures, including administering medications and positioning patients for imaging.
- Assist the physician during procedures, including maintaining a sterile field and providing hemodynamic monitoring.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient procedures and outcomes.
- Current state license as a Cath Lab Tech.
- At least 2 years of recent experience as a Cath Lab Technologist.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive patient information.
