Housekeeper Specialist

This position involves cleaning, sanitizing, and maintaining assigned areas according to established practices and procedures aligned with company and client quality and safety standards. Frequent interaction with clients may be required.

• Inspect and monitor assigned work areas during and after tasks to ensure compliance with site-specific procedures and Servicon standards.
• Participate in training programs covering subjects such as safety regulations, efficient cleaning methods, equipment maintenance, and scope of work.
• Empty, clean, and damp-wipe waste receptacles and remove rubbish from premises to designated areas.
• Vacuum rugs and carpeted areas in offices, lobbies, and corridors.
• Hand dust and wipe clean office furniture, fixtures, paneling, windowsills, air-conditioning diffusers, and horizontal surfaces.
• Remove finger marks and smudges from vertical surfaces, including doors, doorframes, light switches, private entrance glass, and partitions.
• Damp-mop or clean spills in offices, stairwells, and public areas as needed.
• Maintain janitors closet cleanliness and orderliness.
• Sweep or dust mop hard floor surfaces.
• Perform other identified or assigned duties as necessary.

• 1+ year(s) of custodial experience (a plus)
• 1+ year(s) of experience in floor care and carpet cleaning (a plus)
• Prior experience cleaning in healthcare facilities (preferred)
• Fluency in the English language (required)

• $45,000 - $60,000 per year
