Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and fashion-forward Sales Associate Key Part Time to join our team at Talbots. As a Sales Associate Key Part Time, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with customers, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide an exceptional customer experience by offering personalized styling advice, answering product questions, and making recommendations.
  • Build strong relationships with customers by actively listening to their needs, providing solutions, and following up on sales.
  • Drive sales growth by identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products, and by maintaining a thorough knowledge of our product offerings.
  • Support the management team in achieving sales goals and objectives by participating in visual merchandising, inventory management, and other store operations.
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our brand, products, and services to effectively communicate with customers and colleagues.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of retail sales experience, preferably in a fashion or luxury goods environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Strong product knowledge and ability to learn and adapt to new products and services.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service and driving sales growth.
  • Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
