Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Motorcycle Safety Foundation RiderCoach to join our team at American Management Group, LLC (AMG). As a RiderCoach, you will be responsible for instructing students in the Motorcycle Safety Foundation RiderCourse, providing a safe and effective learning environment, and ensuring that all students meet the necessary requirements for certification.

Responsibilities
  • Teach Motorcycle Safety Foundation RiderCourse to students, providing clear and concise instruction and feedback.
  • Develop and maintain a safe and effective learning environment, including classroom and range preparation, and ensuring that all equipment is in good working order.
  • Procure fuel and other items for motorcycles and other training aids, as needed.
  • Complete end-of-course paperwork, student completion letters, state reporting, and other administrative tasks.
  • Complete incident reports, as necessary.
  • Transport motorcycles to support classes in alternate locations, as needed.
  • Perform routine maintenance on motorcycles, as required, to ensure safe operation.
  • Liaise with installation safety and other key personnel to ensure smooth operation of the program.
  • Travel in support of contract objectives, including classes and educational opportunities.
  • Submit expense reports for approved travel and reimbursable items.
  • Inform Senior Instructors or Regional Managers of issues that may impact class completion, availability, or other pertinent situations.
  • Ensure all certifications required for employment are current and up-to-date.
Requirements
  • A current Motorcycle Safety Foundation (MSF) BasicRider Course (BRC) certification is required.
  • Additional certifications, such as MSF Advance RiderCourse (ARC), MAF Basic RidersCourse 2 (BRC2), MSF Dirt Bike School (DBS), ASI All-Terrain Vehicle course (ATV), and Alive at 25 (AA25), are a plus.
