Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Family Medicine Physician to join our healthcare team. This is a full-time role with a standard schedule of Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
Location: This position will serve multiple facilities within the region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain a weekday schedule with the possibility of weekend shifts.
- Participate in phone-only call requirements, with a current coverage ratio of 1:10.
- Provide care across three different facilities.
- Manage a diverse patient demographic, ranging from young children to geriatric patients, including newborns in pediatrics.
- Perform all standard medical procedures on-site as required.
- Work with a patient payor mix that includes Medi-Cal, Medicare, cash, and commercial insurance.
- Utilize EHR system: E-Clinical Works for patient documentation.
Ideal Candidate:
The ideal candidate will have experience in a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) setting and be committed to providing high-quality care to a diverse patient population.
