About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our Wayfair Distribution team as a Warehouse Associate Flex. In this role, you will play a critical part in improving customer satisfaction and driving repeat business by working effectively with peers and managers to unload furniture orders, stage them for delivery, and perform additional tasks as assigned.

Key Responsibilities
  • Unload furniture orders, manually moving large and heavy goods, and staging them for delivery
  • Work effectively with peers and managers to ensure efficient and safe operations
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned to support the team's goals and objectives
Requirements
  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Comfortable repeatedly lifting up to 75 lbs. unassisted and moving product 150+ lbs. unassisted or via team lift
  • Read and comprehend English for safety reasons
  • Able to work on warehouse floor 8+ hours a day or more
  • Strong, consistent work ethic
