Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team at Equus Workforce Solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive audits to ensure programs and services meet the highest standards and clients receive exceptional care.
  • Analyze statistical data using MS Excel to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement quality improvement processes by reviewing clinical assessment activities and administrative systems.
  • Record, compile, and analyze performance and compliance information to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Review clinical assessment operational procedures and processes, making recommendations for improvement.
  • Evaluate internal reports related to clinical assessment processes and outcomes, providing monitoring documents to management for approval and submission.
  • Develop and implement continuous quality improvement processes.
  • Review customer survey data and provide management with recommendations for improvement.
  • Communicate effectively with program management using good judgment and diplomacy.
  • Clearly articulate and document staff performance in accordance with operational procedures and processes.
  • Provide audit reports to management and keep them informed of program quality matters, including performance.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Social Services, Care Management, or a related field, with three years of direct customer service experience in a clinical or social service environment.
  • Experience in conducting quality assurance auditing activities is preferred.
  • Familiarity with the Wellness, Comprehensive Assessment, Rehabilitation, and Employment (WeCARE) Program.
  • Experience in a fast-paced, team environment that is performance-driven.
  • Exceptional customer service and engagement skills, with a strong focus on care management.
  • Excellent organizational skills and a strong attention to detail.
  • Experience working with publicly funded programs, including TANF experience.
  • Experience working with Vocational Rehabilitation Services and Individual Vocational Assessment Plans.
  • Experience assessing the need for and making reasonable accommodations for clients.
  • Knowledge of HIPAA/PII laws and regulatory requirements related to program responsibilities.
  • Ability to use MS Word Suite and various client-based systems to carry out daily duties and responsibilities.
  • Experience understanding clinical assessments and Functional Capacity Outcomes.
  • Bilingual or multilingual is preferred.
