We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Healthcare Specialist for Ambulatory Care to join our team at a correctional facility in Trenton, NJ. As a key member of our healthcare staff, you will provide high-quality care to inmates while ensuring the safety and security of both patients and staff.

**Estimated Salary:** $75,000 - $95,000 per annum, depending on experience.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to address the unique needs of each inmate.
  • Provide education and training to inmates on various health topics, including disease prevention and management.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals and security officers to ensure a safe and healthy environment for inmates and staff.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and treatment plans.

**Requirements:**

  • Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing.
  • RN License to practice in the State of New Jersey.
  • CPR Certification required.
  • Valid Driver's License is required.
  • Prior experience in a correctional setting preferred.

**Work Environment:** The successful candidate must be able to work in a fast-paced correctional facility environment, with frequent exposure to inmates and security personnel.
