The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Pet Nutrition Formulation Expert to lead our product ideation, development, and commercialization efforts.

This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams in Sales, Marketing, Operations, and more to ensure packaging and product compliance with regulatory and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Product Development: Develop formulas, analyze ingredients, and generate ideas for new or enhanced products tailored to market demands.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure packaging and product compliance with regulatory and quality standards, including ingredient and weight accuracy.
• Collaboration: Lead product ideation, development, and commercialization by collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Quality Assurance: Conduct and oversee analytical tests, maintaining product quality through internal and third-party validations.

Requirements

• Education: Hold a Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Food Science or a related field.
• Experience: Prior experience in food manufacturing or product development.

Salary Range: $65,000 - $75,000 per year
