Key Responsibilities:- Develop and deliver curriculum to meet the psychological needs of patients.
- Participate in multidisciplinary treatment team planning, encouraging patient and family involvement.
- Provide clinical services to stabilize psychiatric crises and promote healthy mental health management.
- Co-facilitate group psychotherapy and lead psychoeducational focus groups.
- Document patient care and information accurately and professionally.
- Interact with others in a nonjudgmental, assertive, and respectful manner.
- Offer individual, group, and family therapy, as well as crisis intervention and referrals.
- Review charts and provide input on patient progress.
- Master's Degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Professional Counseling.
- Independent Practice Scope Licensure in the State of Practice.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the field.
