Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, inspire, and motivate team members to deliver exceptional care.
- Conduct assessments for our Adult/Pediatric clients in various regions.
- Develop and oversee the execution of care plans.
- Supervise LPNs, RNs, and home health aides in the field.
- Facilitate orientation for new hires.
- Conduct competency evaluations for both new and experienced staff.
Qualifications:
- Registered Nurse (RN) with a minimum of 1 year of experience.
- Supervisory experience is preferred.
