Our Services

Position Requirements
- Availability for 25 or more hours weekly, including evenings and weekends.
- Strong listening skills and ability to maintain structured conversations.
- Experience with online databases, Google Docs, and Excel.
- Comfortable working outdoors and walking during shifts.
- Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and proof of insurance.
- Possession of a cell phone, computer, and internet access.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Willingness to learn and adapt based on feedback.
- Ability to work through entire shifts without scheduled breaks.
- Spanish language proficiency is advantageous.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Ensure high standards of quality control for signature validation.
- Organize and maintain petition collection systems.
- Validate petitions and monitor validation rates.
- Identify and resolve issues related to petition validations.
- Match signatures with voter databases.
- Engage with petition signers via phone calls.
- Participate in training sessions and team meetings as required.
- Document challenges and propose solutions to overcome them.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
- Adhere to the policy of not working for political candidates during employment.
