Role Summary

The Licensed Respiratory Therapist at Natchitoches Regional Medical Center plays a crucial role in delivering essential Cardiopulmonary Care Services. This position operates under the guidance of the Respiratory Manager, ensuring that all services are administered in accordance with established physician directives and departmental protocols.

Qualifications and Experience

1. A valid State Respiratory Therapist License is mandatory.

2. Completion of an AMA-accredited Respiratory Therapy program is required.

3. Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification is essential.

Desirable Qualifications

1. Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification is preferred.

2. Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification is advantageous.

3. Certification in Neonatal Resuscitation is considered a plus.
