Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement project execution plans, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and Fluor's Operating System Requirements (OSR)
- Collaborate with project directors and teams to prepare project baselines, schedules, and resource allocation plans
- Monitor and control project progress, identifying and mitigating risks, and ensuring timely completion
- Manage project finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members to ensure effective communication and collaboration
- Accredited four-year degree in a relevant field, or equivalent experience
- Seven years of work-related experience in project management, or a combination of education and experience
- Proven track record of successful project delivery, with a focus on quality, safety, and customer satisfaction
- Strong technical knowledge, including project management methodologies, scheduling, and cost control
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Project management certification, such as PMP
- Experience working in international locations and diverse cultural environments
- Knowledge of project design, engineering, procurement, material management, construction, commissioning, start-up, and turnover processes
- Understanding of project controls, including scheduling, progress measurement, risk assessment, and cost control
