Job Title: Experienced Florist

Walter Knoll Florist is seeking an experienced florist to join our team. As a skilled floral designer, you will be responsible for creating beautiful and innovative floral arrangements that meet our high standards.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Design and create custom floral arrangements for special occasions and events
  • Develop and maintain a working knowledge of our design styles and standards
  • Apply proper flower handling techniques to ensure the highest quality arrangements
  • Meet and maintain required standards of production
  • Provide outstanding customer service and contribute to sales volume growth
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of hands-on custom floral design experience in a luxury high-volume floral shop or design studio
  • Ability to work effectively as a member of a team-oriented environment
  • Proven ability to efficiently and professionally meet client needs
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with a high level of enthusiasm and self-motivation
  • Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively
