Job Title: RN Tele

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced RN Tele to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing medical equipment measurements, studying patient history, and administering specialized treatment to critically ill patients. The RN Tele will also be required to keep medical records and update family members on the medical condition of the patients.

Responsibilities:
  • Analyze medical equipment measurements to identify potential health risks
  • Study patient history to identify patterns and trends
  • Administer specialized treatment to critically ill patients
  • Keep medical records up to date
  • Update family members on the medical condition of the patients
Requirements:
  • New York License (NY Lic)
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
  • Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) Certification
  • Experience in Medical Surgical with a concentration in Nephrology
  • Ability to work with a nurse-to-patient ratio of 1:5 to 1:7
  • Experience or willingness to train on peritoneal dialysis
Work Environment:
  • Number of Beds/Rooms/Bays: 31 to 40
  • Scrub Color: Blue-Navy
  • Areas of Float Support: Medical Surgical Units
  • Patient Population: Adult
  • Common Diagnoses/Treatments: Renal Disease, sepsis, CHF, osteomyelitis, pneumonia, Renal Failure
  • Special Procedures: Preferred but willing to train on peritoneal dialysis
