Job Summary

The Site Lead is a critical role responsible for ensuring the security and safety of personnel, assets, and facilities. This position requires a high level of expertise in security operations, leadership, and communication.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of security personnel to ensure effective security operations
  • Develop and implement security protocols and procedures to mitigate risks and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Conduct regular site visits to ensure security measures are in place and effective
  • Respond to security incidents and emergencies in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of security operations with other business functions
  • Monitor and report on security-related metrics and trends to inform business decisions
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and other external partners to ensure effective communication and collaboration
Requirements
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in security operations or a related field
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree or higher preferred
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
  • Strong analytical and technical skills, with ability to learn and apply new technologies and systems
Preferred Qualifications
  • Prior experience in security operations, law enforcement, or a related field
  • Knowledge of security protocols, procedures, and regulatory requirements
  • Ability to obtain and maintain security clearances and certifications
Work Environment

The Site Lead will work in a fast-paced environment with frequent interactions with security personnel, clients, and other stakeholders. The position requires strong communication and leadership skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Physical Demands

The Site Lead will be required to sit, stand, walk, and move around the facility as needed. The position may also require occasional lifting, bending, and stooping.
