Travel Nurse RN ED Job Description

Trusted Resource Associates (TRA) is seeking a skilled Travel Nurse RN ED to join their team in Birmingham, Alabama.

Job Requirements:
  • Specialty: ED - Emergency Department
  • Discipline: RN
  • Shift: 12 hours, nights
  • Employment Type: Travel

As a Travel Nurse RN ED, you will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing direct clinical care to assigned patients on a per shift basis, and unit level. You will also supervise staff to which appropriate care is delegated.

Minimum education: Graduate of an accredited School of nursing. Preferred Education: Academic degree in nursing (Bachelors or Master's degree). Minimum Experience: Must have 2 years of nursing experience with a minimum one year current experience in their nursing speciality in an Acute Care hospital setting. Required Certification/Licensure: Must be currently licensed, certified or registered to practice profession as required by law, regulation in state of practice or policy. Must meet all certification requirements for each nursing specialty supported. CPR-Basic Life Support – American Heart Association.
