About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Mechatronics Technician to join our team at Cascade Ventures. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for analyzing and resolving complex technical issues, performing maintenance and repair work, and ensuring the smooth operation of our equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze and troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic components to identify and resolve errors and malfunctions.
  • Perform extensive repair and overhaul work, as well as modifications and new constructions on systems and equipment in our production.
  • Conduct maintenance and repair measures independently, adhering to company regulations and supervisor instructions.
  • Document maintenance, repairs, modifications, and maintenance of equipment according to company guidelines.
  • Work independently, responsibly, and in a structured and solution-oriented manner.
Requirements
  • Completed training as a Mechatronics Technician or a comparable technical education.
  • Knowledge of control, drive, and regulation technology.
  • An independent and quality-oriented way of working.
  • Good communication skills.
