Mercy is seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our 6C Neuro Stroke Center team. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will provide exceptional care to patients with complex neurological conditions, including strokes, seizures, and brain tumors.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care to patients with neurological conditions, including stroke, seizure, and brain tumor patients.
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Monitor and manage patients' conditions, including vital signs, medication, and treatment plans.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care transitions.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Graduate of an accredited registered professional nursing program.
- Current RN license in the hiring state and/or compact licensure.
- Basic Life Support certification through the American Heart Association.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of attention to detail.
