About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Shift Manager to join our team at McDonald's. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of crew members during a shift to ensure that customers receive a fast, accurate, and friendly experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead shifts and ensure that crew members are meeting McDonald's standards for quality, service, and cleanliness.
  • Monitor performance during the shift and take action to ensure that the team is meeting targets.
  • Communicate with the next Shift Manager to ensure a smooth transition and prepare for the next shift.
  • Meet targets during shifts and help assigned departments meet their goals.
  • Perform a variety of tasks, including planning for each shift, monitoring performance, and taking action to ensure the team is meeting McDonald's standards.
Requirements

We are looking for a positive team player with a flexible schedule who likes to have fun and has the passion to work in a fast-paced environment. Previous leadership experience is preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment.

You must be 18 years or older to be a manager in our corporate-owned and operated restaurants.
