Responsibilities

* Manage daily jobsite activities, including scheduling, coordination, and communication with trade partners and site project teams
* Develop and implement jobsite safety programs, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
* Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential issues and implement corrective actions
* Collaborate with the project team to ensure accurate cost tracking, material management, and labor allocation
* Maintain accurate records, including daily reports, time sheets, and cost centers
* Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry standards

Requirements

* 8-10+ years of experience as a Construction Superintendent in Ground-Up Mixed Commercial construction, specializing in Higher Education and Healthcare projects
* Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills
* Proven ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
* Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and safety protocols
* Ability to mentor and train junior team members
* OSHA 30 certification and First Aid/CPR/AED certifications preferred
