Job Title: LPN - Neurology Unit Nurse

About the Role:
  • Provide support services to the RN to achieve the goal of assisting individuals in the restoration and maintenance of maximal physical, psychosocial, and spiritual health.
  • Work as an LPN on the Neurology unit, performing tasks within the scope of your license.
  • Collaborate with a dedicated team of physicians, nurses, therapists, and specialists to deliver comprehensive care.
Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality patient care, adhering to established standards and protocols.
  • Conduct thorough assessments, develop individualized care plans, and implement interventions to promote optimal patient outcomes.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, physicians, and colleagues to ensure seamless care coordination.
Requirements:
  • Current NYS LPN license.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to establish and maintain relationships with patients, families, physicians, and coworkers.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time efficiently.
