Soliant Health is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time position in a school district. This role involves working with a caseload of 45-50 students spanning both elementary and middle school grades.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to identify students' speech and language needs.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address students' communication goals.
- Provide direct speech therapy services to students in both individual and group settings.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other members of the educational team to support students' academic and social success.
- Maintain accurate documentation of therapy sessions, progress reports, and other relevant records.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP).
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English is required.
- Prior experience working with elementary and middle school-aged students is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
