Assembler/Operator

Marathon Staffing is seeking a skilled Assembler/Operator to join our team in Rowesville, SC. As an Assembler/Operator, you will work with hand tools and lumber to build crates, pallets, and cement molds according to customer specifications.

• Select and prepare materials for assembly
• Safely operate hand tools, including drills, nail guns, saws, hammers, and measuring tape, to assemble products
• Measure products to ensure accurate size and quality
• Bundle and secure materials for efficient production
• Ensure correct quantities and material are properly labeled and prepared for shipment
• Assist with material handling and movement as needed
• Perform other duties as required to support production goals

• Excellent attendance and punctuality
• Reliable transportation to and from work
• Previous building or assembly experience a plus
• Basic math skills and ability to read a tape measure
• Experience working with hand tools and equipment
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift
• Strong work history and ability to pass a drug test

Hours are 4:00 pm to completion of work orders, Monday through Saturday. Additional overtime may be requested or required.

Starting pay rate is $14.01 per hour, with potential for increase based on skill or full-time hire.
