Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional patient care, adhering to evidence-based practices and guidelines.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care transitions.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, ensuring timely documentation and updates.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you should have:

  • A minimum of 2 years of recent experience as a Med Surg RN.
  • A valid license and/or certification in your state of practice (if applicable).
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain a high level of professionalism during stressful situations.
  • A valid driver's license.
  • Background and drug screen clearance.
