Outpatient Orthopedic Physical Therapist

The Physical Therapist plays a vital role in our team, utilizing a comprehensive evaluation to assess patient needs and function status. They devise and implement treatment plans to promote the highest level of patient self-sufficiency, regularly re-assessing the efficacy of treatment plans and providing education to patients and their families. The Physical Therapist progresses patients toward goals and outcomes that reflect improved independence.
Responsibilities- Provides direct patient care (evaluation and treatment)
- Performs appropriate written documentation
- Participates in state-of-the-art training and education for job role
Minimum of Bachelor's degree, or eligibility in Physical Therapy required. Master's or Doctorate degree preferred. Current CT Physical Therapy license or eligibility required. One (1) year of clinical experience preferred.
Work ScheduleFull-time, Monday - Friday. We are an equal opportunity employer.
