About the Role

We are looking for a Career Advancement Specialist to support our efforts in providing comprehensive workforce solutions at integrated career centers, sector-focused centers, and community partner sites.

The successful candidate will have a bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university, with a minimum of three to four years' experience in human services, social services, education, or related field. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, demonstrated customer service skills, strong organizational skills, and ability to work and develop professional relationships with community partners and participating youth are essential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and coordinate YouthBuild program activities, resources, and partnerships
  • Develop and maintain relationships with area employers and program participants
  • Provide referrals and coordination with other community resources and activities
  • Enter case related data on a regular basis
  • Compile and analyze information from a variety of sources to assist in the preparation of reports
  • Develop and implement solutions for various challenges
  • Ensure timely submissions of required reports and data entry

An estimated salary range of $50,000 - $65,000 per year is offered, depending on qualifications and experience.
