Position Overview

O2B Early Education is an expanding educational organization with locations in Florida and Georgia. We are currently seeking a dedicated Administrative Preschool Leader for our Durbin Creek facility. The ideal candidate will thrive in a supportive atmosphere, mentor fellow team members, and embrace opportunities for professional advancement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain a Monday to Friday schedule, from 6:15 AM to 3:15 PM
  • Engage in daily communication with parents
  • Manage necessary agency documentation (school readiness, CCFP, VPK)
  • Assist in the recruitment process for all personnel
  • Ensure compliance with licensing standards
  • Provide support to the facility manager
  • Oversee billing and accounts receivable tasks

Qualifications

  • Completion of DCF Introduction to Child Care Courses
  • Possession of an Active Staff Credential
  • Active Director Credential with VPK Endorsement
  • Certification in CPR/First Aid
  • Experience working with children aged 0-13 years
  • Proven management experience
