Job Summary

Brenntag is seeking a highly skilled CDL A Driver to join our team in St. Louis. As a CDL A Driver, you will be responsible for safely transporting hazardous materials and bulk goods across the local area.

Key Responsibilities
  • Loading and Unloading: Safely load and unload bulk, drummed, or bagged materials from our vehicles.
  • Truck Movement: Transport LTL interplant trailers and branch transfers in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Operational Procedures: Follow all operating procedures and work instructions to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Complete all training as required in the Regulatory/Compliance Training Program and adhere to all rules and regulations.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Properly use and maintain all equipment, including forklifts, drum handling equipment, pumps, hoses, and other machinery.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: High School Diploma or GED, with a minimum of 1 year of liquid bulk hauling experience and 3 years of truck driving experience.
  • CDL and Endorsements: Current Class A CDL with a Medical Card, Hazmat, Tanker, LTL, and Bulk loads endorsements.
  • Skills and Abilities: Ability to load and unload hazardous materials, knowledge of DOT load securement regulations, and a clean driving record.
