Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Actively greet and engage with customers to provide a personalized shopping experience, offering assistance and product recommendations to meet their needs.
  • Store Operations: Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, including folding, hanging, displaying, and merchandising garments according to company guidelines.
  • Merchandise Management: Unload delivery trucks, receive, open, and unpack merchandise, and label items with security tags within efficiency timelines.
  • Point of Sale: Process transactions, issue receipts, and fold and place merchandise in bags according to register best practices.
  • Team Collaboration: Share knowledge and skills with colleagues, offering help where needed to build a positive working environment.
  • Health and Safety: Work in accordance with company standards and local legislation, ensuring a safe and secure environment for customers and colleagues.
Requirements
  • Customer Service Skills: Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and helping customers find their style.
  • Multi-Tasking: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and responsibilities.
  • Teamwork: Inclusive, positive, creative, and willing to learn on the job, with a flexible approach to working as part of a team.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift in excess of 20 pounds, stand for long periods, bend, stretch, and engage in repetitive motions.
What We Offer
  • Competitive Compensation: Starting rate of $13.00 per hour.
  • Benefits: Eligibility for a quarterly store performance-based bonus, as well as a staff discount card for use in all H&M Group brands.
