Coverage Purpose: Supplemental

Coverage Type: Clinical + Call

Shift Hours: Monday to Friday; 7 AM - 5 PM

On-Call Responsibilities: Nights and Weekends
  • 1 weeknight per week & 1 weekend per month

Call Coverage: Step-down and Surgical call

Call Type: Beeper

Call Ratio: 1:4

Response Time: 30 minutes

Callback Percentage: 20%

Patient Demographics:
Adults

Patient Volume: 4 (Outpatient); 7 (Inpatient)

Team Composition:
4 Physicians, 3 Advanced Practice Providers, 2 Registered Nurses, 3 Administrative Staff

Procedural Responsibilities:
  • Surgical Care and Suturing
  • Vein Harvesting (using specialized equipment)
  • Onsite Laboratory and X-ray services
