We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Cafe Associate to join our team at Sam's Club. As a Cafe Associate, you will play a key role in providing exceptional service to our members, preparing high-quality food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

• Food Preparation and Service: Prepare and serve a variety of food and beverages, including hot and cold items, to meet the needs of our members.
• Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to member inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience.
• Food Safety and Sanitation: Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals, maintain a clean and organized store, and provide support as needed.

• Food Service Experience: Previous experience in a food service environment, preferably in a fast-paced restaurant or cafe setting.
• Food Safety Certification: Possess a valid food safety certification, such as Food Handler Certification.
• Excellent Communication Skills: Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with members, colleagues, and management.
