Experienced Painter

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Painter to join our team at Long of Chattanooga AutoMall. As a key member of our body shop team, you will be responsible for determining and painting repaired damaged parts, communicating with our Body Shop Manager, and maintaining a clean and organized work area.

Responsibilities:

• Determine and paint repaired damaged parts using your expertise and attention to detail.
• Communicate status of repairs clearly and effectively with our Body Shop Manager to ensure seamless project execution.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure efficiency and productivity.
• Follow all company safety procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
• Understand and follow federal, state, and local regulations related to hazardous waste disposal.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of body shop painter experience is preferred, but not required.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy.
• Good communication skills to effectively interact with team members and management.
• Good organizational skills to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
• Must be willing to submit to a drug screen and background check prior to employment.
