Job Description


Role Summary
Conduct remote assessments and evaluations, develop personalized treatment plans, deliver evidence-based therapy sessions, and maintain accurate documentation of therapy sessions and progress notes. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure effective communication and monitor student progress.

Key Responsibilities



  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations of students' communication skills using cutting-edge technology.
  • Develop tailored treatment plans that address individual students' needs and goals.
  • Deliver high-quality therapy sessions that are engaging, effective, and cater to diverse learning styles.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of therapy sessions, progress notes, and reports.
  • Stay current with research and best practices in speech-language pathology, applying knowledge to improve outcomes for students.

Requirements

\helpers must have a Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, valid Washington SLP licensure or eligibility, and experience working with children in school or clinical settings. Proficiency with teletherapy platforms and technology is also essential. ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) is preferred.
