We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Guest Room Attendant to join our housekeeping team at New Castle Hotels & Resorts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring our guest rooms meet the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort.
Responsibilities
- Maintain Cleanliness - Ensure guest rooms are clean, tidy, and well-stocked with amenities.
- Attention to Detail - Pay close attention to details, including making beds, changing linens, cleaning, dusting, polishing, and vacuuming.
- Organizational Skills - Maintain a clean and organized housekeeping closet and cart area.
- Team Player - Collaborate with colleagues to achieve departmental goals and participate in team events.
- Guest Ambassador - Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests warmly and responding to their needs.
- Safety and Security - Adhere to hotel safety and security policies and procedures, and report any incidents or concerns to management.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need basic English communication skills, the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and the ability to stand for long periods of time. You will also need to be able to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
