Job Summary:We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to provide exceptional patient care in our Intensive Care Unit. As a travel nurse, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality patient care.
Responsibilities:- Provide direct patient care to critically ill patients, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered by physicians, ensuring accurate and timely delivery.
- Monitor patients' responses to interventions and report outcomes to the healthcare team.
- Participate in ongoing education and professional development to stay current with best practices and evidence-based care.
- One to three years of experience as a Registered Nurse in an Intensive Care Unit setting.
- Current RN licensure in the state of California.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with the healthcare team.
