Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Aircraft Maintenance Technician to join our team at PHI Air Medical. As an A&P Mechanic, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance and repairs on our aircraft, ensuring they are airworthy and ready for flight.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the review and evaluation of daily maintenance requirements and perform tasks to maintain airworthiness of the aircraft.
  • Prepare reports, requisitions, and inventories, and learn to certify on aircraft logs and related inspection and maintenance forms.
  • Comply with entries in RAMCO and other PHI Health documentation requirements.
  • Maintain close communication with Lead Mechanic and/or Sr. Mechanic, AMBS, and other agents to ensure effective and timely job completion.
  • Assist in maintaining a parts inventory and recommending level changes when necessary.
  • Perform miscellaneous related duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Hold an FAA Mechanic Certificate with both Airframe and Powerplant ratings.
  • 0-2 years of experience as an A&P Mechanic.
  • Possess basic skills in communication.
  • Computer skills required.
  • Must be able to pass pre-placement physical exam including functional capacity exam.
  • Lift up to 100lbs.
  • Must be able to pass drug and background screening.
  • Must possess basic set of mechanics tools.
