Job Summary

We are seeking a Retail Sales Associate to join our team. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for ensuring each guest receives stellar customer service and is welcomed into the store. You will also be responsible for maintaining inventory levels, pricing merchandise, and promoting products to customers.

Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure each guest has a positive experience in the store.
  • Maintain inventory levels and notify management of low inventory levels.
  • Price merchandise and ensure accurate labeling and placement.
  • Assist customers with product information and recommendations.
  • Maintain solid product knowledge and stay up-to-date on new products and promotions.
  • Comply with operating standards and procedures.
Preferred Skills
  • Proven customer focus and excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
  • Basic math skills and ability to measure ingredients and follow recipes.
Compensation

$16.00 per hour.
