OverviewWe are seeking a Medication Aide to join our team. As a Medication Aide, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safe and accurate administration of medications to our residents. If you are a detail-oriented and compassionate individual with a passion for delivering exceptional care, we encourage you to apply.
Responsibilities- Accurately and safely prepare and administer oral and topical medications to residents
- Verify identity of residents before administering any medication
- Observe medication is ingested or applied as directed
- Ensure all medication has written orders, signed, and dated from a licensed physician
- Current Medication Aide Certification and Current Nursing Assistant Certification from state
- Must have a current/active CPR certification
- Strong attention to detail and able to multi-task
