Job Overview:

As a Driver Recruiter, you will play a critical role in identifying, recruiting, and hiring talented individuals to join our team. Your primary responsibility will be to research, recruit, interview, screen, and refer candidates who possess the essential qualifications of a prospective driver.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outreach to potential candidates to discuss job opportunities and provide information about the company.
  • Review applications and conduct telephone interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and fit for the role.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with candidates to build trust and facilitate a smooth hiring process.

What We Offer:
