About Us:

Our team of ASE certified technicians is dedicated to delivering a wide array of services, including alignments, brake repairs, oil changes, battery replacements, shock and strut installations, belt and hose replacements, and air conditioning services.

Role Summary:

As an Automotive Service Associate, your primary responsibilities will include performing essential service tasks such as oil changes, tire and wheel services, alignments, fluid flushes, and more. You will work closely with our ASE Certified Automotive Technicians, gaining valuable training and experience to advance your career.

Compensation:

The hourly wage for this position is $16.00.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Safely transport customers to and from their locations using the company vehicle.
  • Pick up parts, supplies, and tires from vendors or the corporate office.
  • Operate the company vehicle in a safe and courteous manner, adhering to all traffic regulations.
  • Conduct State Safety and Emission Inspections ethically, following all company and state guidelines.
  • Perform tire mounting/dismounting, wheel balancing, and tire rotation.
  • Execute oil changes and other basic services as directed by the Shop Foreman or Store Manager.
  • Observe vehicle conditions during service and report any obvious repairs or safety concerns.
  • Utilize the company's Multi-point Inspection and/or Repair Order to document vehicle conditions accurately.
  • Maintain cleanliness in the shop, including the service area, tire racks, showroom, and exterior.
  • Follow all safety protocols and report any concerns to the Shop Foreman or Store Manager.

Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Possess a valid/current driver's license.
  • Ability to work a minimum of five days, including Saturdays.

Working Conditions:

The Automotive Service Associate will encounter moderate to loud noises, dust, exhaust fumes, lubricants, petroleum products, vapors, and various materials. The work environment may experience temperature fluctuations, including extreme heat or cold.

Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to stand for up to eight hours per day and walk to access various areas.
  • Regular bending, stooping, kneeling, and crouching; full range of motion with arms and hands.
  • Lift and/or move up to 10 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds frequently.
  • Ability to hear, speak, and have sufficient vision to detect color, depth, and refocus.
