Chief Financial Officer for Strategic Growth

We are seeking a highly experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead our financial operations and IT team. As a strategic business partner, you will play a key role in shaping the company's financial future.

Key Responsibilities- Lead the finance and accounting team, providing direction and management to ensure seamless financial operations.
- Develop and implement strategic financial plans to support business growth, aligning with the company's vision.
- Oversee the preparation of all financial reporting, ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial regulations and standards.
- Manage processes for financial forecasting, budgeting, and fiscal reporting activities.
- Advise on long-term business and financial planning, identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with senior executives to address their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Review formal finance, HR, and IT procedures to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; an MBA is highly desirable.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or MBA designation is ideal, but 15 years of high-level financial management experience with families may be acceptable.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior financial managerial position, with a proven track record of success reporting to owners.
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, cash management, and financial analysis processes.
- Experience with strategic and financial tax planning, including application in strategic and operational contexts.
- Demonstrated leadership ability, confidence, and executive presence to motivate staff.
- Excellent analytical, reasoning, and problem-solving skills.
- Significant experience in food processing accounting, including sophisticated cost and commodity accounting, compliance, and reporting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to adapt to a changing environment and handle multiple priorities.
- High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results-orientation.
- Competitive salary: $200,000 - $300,000 per year.
