Key Responsibilities:
* Assist with daily care needs of residents, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
* Maintain resident confidentiality and report any changes in condition to the Resident Care Coordinator/RN
* Participate in activities and events that promote socialization and engagement among residents
* Collaborate with colleagues to provide comprehensive care and support

Requirements:
* High school diploma or equivalent preferred
* Proficiency in English required
* Previous experience working with seniors preferred, but not necessary
* Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and maintain physical stamina throughout shift
